This charming lakefront property is the perfect getaway for large families, multi-family gatherings, and group gatherings.
LOCATION:
Located minutes from Downtown Buford, Lake Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, the Mall of GA, as well as many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Local activities include boating, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, zip-lines, waterpark, state parks, wineries, and so much more. We are approximately 1.5 hours from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, depending on traffic.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Spend your days lounging on the 2-story private party dock, swimming, boating, fishing, or exploring the cove in one of the complimentary kayaks available to our renters. 90 steps from the dock at a 35% incline.
• Bring your own boat at our covered slip or launch at the ramp conveniently located at the end of the cove or rent from one of several nearby marinas
• Fully equipped kitchen w/ all appliances, pots, pans, glassware, plates, utensils, 2 coffee makers and Keurig, 4 slice toaster, electric griddle & generous supply of spices/seasonings, kitchen island/extra seating for 5
• Dining room directly off the kitchen with large table that seats 10+ and door opening to deck with views of the lake

Summary: We can’t say enough about this property and the amazing memories we made with our family! We spent endless hours on the lake and finished our days around the huge dinner table recapping all the fun tubing stories from the day! The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials! The trek up from the lake will give you a good workout for sure but totally doable! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping us make the most amazing memories with our kids!

Summary: This was an amazing lake house! We booked it for 7 days bringing with us our kids,grandkids and other family members! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! We enjoyed the downstairs bar area,fire pit and the spacious decks! We brought our boat and the dock area was great, it was a beautiful lake! It was an incredibly clean house which is so very important to me!! We all loved it and would definitely come back!

Summary: The house was great, we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It was fun, relaxing and had what we needed, we didn't need to go anywhere else. We loved the kayaks, fuse ball, entertainment space and proximity to the lake. We'll be back!!

Summary: Ultra clean (didn't even challenge my allergies!), spacious interior, great location for us, fully updated with very nice appliances, greatly appreciated the under-counter ice maker, 3 levels to spread out, loved the 2 story dock with 2 boat slips and 2 floating jet ski docks, same-cove boat ramp is very convenient, generous parking. Deb was immediately responsive and helpful. The home has everything we needed and more! Most likely will use again next year.

Summary: Just completed our family vacation and we must say that the property does not disappoint. Very well maintained older house with several rooms updated to current standards. Plenty of space to accommodate a large party. The new addition screened back porch is the star of the property. We spent a lot of time in it after spending a day of fun and sun down on the dock. Kids loved the kayaks and floating pads. If i was to give a negative, it would be the 70 stairs down to the water. Grandma made the trip once but it was a good workout for the rest of us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake get-away.
